Letter
In this page we find the links to the different sections of the
letters.

Clicking on Edit Content
you access to the section where you can put the content to the
letters.
In this page you can see the menu options and the list of created
pages. |

If you click in New Page
you create a new page and you can assign the contents.
Insert the pages you need and that is connected to the kind of
work you want to deliver.
IMPORTANT: If there are pages without information they will show
up in white, but you can delete it at anytime. |

From the main menu you can go to view letter or edit letter to
fix the position of the inserted objects. |
 |
You can link to the main page. |

Once you clicked in New Page you access
to the content control page.
There are 3 values you can modify.
Page size: Each page can have a different size
bear in mind that too big page you risk do not see the page properly.
Background colour: This is the page background
select the colour you want, you codify the color with #and whatever
code you choose. The default colour is white (#FFFFFF).

Page number: Is the
order of appearance in the pages. Two pages with the same number
it will show up first the one who was created first.
You can choose the order at anytime.
Click on "create page" to create the
page.

In the list you will see the new
created page with its page number.

Once you have created the pages, from
the main screen you can access them.
This allows you to access to edit the values of the page in the
case you want to change them.
IMPORTANT: If you have uploaded to the page objects and made
the layout and after you resize the page you may face problems
and some objects can stay out of the page format.

You can delete the page if you want,
once deleted you can not recuperate the page.

Link to add object to the page. Click
on to insert objects.

A complete list will show up stick the ones you want to include
in the pages.
Important note: Bear in mind that only objects, in the
following formats are shown in the letter, jpg for photo, flv
for video, text for text and mp3 for audio. Any other format will
require that you make a link in the letter page.
We mention this because mp4, 3GP and arm files are not
played by the game engine, so during the game or after these kind
of files need to be converted into the right format.

Tick in the selected object, if you
tick twice the object is not selected.

When finished click on"insert
object" to finish the process. |

Now the uploaded objects are shown
on the page.
Note the word delete "[DEL]" if you
click you can delete the object from the page.

You will be asked to reconfirm the
delete option.
Once deleted no choice to recuperate the object.

When you finish the page configuration
you can get back to main page clicking "Go to Pages".

Here you can see all pages and what
objects are included in the page.

The final result just depend on the creativity of the page editor. |
