Game Editing

Click on the game you want to edit.

You access to the FORM and you can
edit :
Title: Changes the game do not affect the content
of the game
Chat type: Change the status of the chat at anytime
do not affect the game that could be useful if in any moment you
want to send either general or private messages. |

Clicking on delete this game you delete
all game data. |
 |
The engine will ask you to reconfirm
this choice, once deleted all information is lost and you can
not recuperate the data.

You use this option to assign percentage
to each level, this percentage can be considered as points e.g.
100 points=100%. To pass to the next level the percentage has
to be 100%.
Bear in mind that you can do this in an easy way in real time
from the Logger option. |

Write in the box the percentage value. |

Add new level

In the screen Edit Game there is a link to add
the levels one by one. |

The data of the level are:
Title: Is the name of the level this one shows
up in the lists and menus.
Number: Correspond to the level order and tells
you about the game sequence. This order can be changed at any
time.
Information: Write information about this level
for example the winning condition or any other information relevant
for the game. This text will appear written in the information
label on the control Desk tool.
Date and Time Start: Define the time level it
is just a time reference and do not affect the levels but help
the Puppet Master to evaluate the game results if time is one
of the resources.

If you do not want to use time just input the date, it is just
an interval time. Do not leave this box without data.
The data is codified by Year, month, day, hour, minutes, seconds.
To write 1 please use 01 always 2 digits. |

Edit the level

In the screen Edit Game there is the list of
created levels organized by the number given to each level. To
edit click on the link. |

You can change the previous data. |
 |
You can delete this level, if you do
that all associated objects are also deleted. |
 |
Confirmation will be asked.
Once deleted no chance to recuperate the data. |
 |
Add Objects

Once selected the level that you want to edit you find a link
to insert the objects in this level, if you click on the link
you access to the FORM that allows you to add the objects. |
 |
The data on the list is:
Title: Title that the object will show in the
Desk.
Object: To add an object to the level you need
to follow 2 steps, first select by clicking on the circle what
kind of object you want to add (audio, video,photo,
etc) and after if the objects have been created in the game engine
platform the list of all created object will show up on each category,
just select from the list the ones you want to
upload to the level.

In the list you can notice some names are in grey colour that
is because these are folders and are not suitable for upload to
the desk. The list is shown organized by folders and sub folders
because this is the way your are organize and upload the objects
to the server in the game engine platform.
Two objects have extra data these are the maps and scenarios
you can introduce the UTM coordinates then when opened in the
desk they go straight to these coordinates. |

Tick off from the Group List the groups you do not want to add the object. In this way you choose which groups have the new object in the DESKTOP (game desk).

In the Values section
you can configure how the objects are going to be inserted in
the DESK.
Gallery: In the case you have a folder with
several photos of the same object you can choose this option to
upload to the desk a Gallery.
Deleted: Means you want to upload the object
but hidden in the Desk.
Position: You can fix a coordinate point on
the Desk if not all new objects go to the
Diana. |

Once you have assigned to the level
the object, this object will show up in the list.

Editing the Object

To edit an uploaded object click its name on the object list,
the data will be display and you can make modifications.
These objects can not be modified by the players.
IMPORTANT: If you modify the properties or any data of the object
that modification affect only to one group to make the changes
in all groups you have to go group by group.
Here you can not make changes such as text, links, size or content
of the object, for doing that kind of changes you have to do it
in the platform and once assigned to the level it will affect
all the groups.

by clicking on this link, but for deleting in all groups you have
to go group by group. |

It will ask you confirm it.
Once done it you can not recuperate the data. |

Edit the Group

To edit all group data click on the group name in the main page. |
 |
You access to the group editor and
there you can change the group name not affecting this to the
data such as objects or players.

You can delete this group.
IMPORTANT:When you delete a group you delete all information associated
to this group, such as objects uploaded from the game engine platform,
from mobile to the desk, logger and chat info and players. |
 |
It will ask you confirm it.
Once done it you can not recuperate the data. |

Edit Player

To edit the data of any player click on player's name in the
main page. |
 |
You will have access to edit the player,
you can change the name, nic and password.
The NIC is the name used to recognize the player, to which game
and group belongs, this name should not be repeated. Sort names and country are recommended for identifying the player. |
 |
In the case the Nic already exist you
get a warning message "Player NIC already in use, please change
this". |
 |
You can delete the player. When you
delete a player it only affects to this player do not delete any
other data associated to the game.

It will ask you confirm it.
Once done it you can not recuperate the data. |

View the DESK

You get a link to "View Desktop SUPER"
from here you can access to see all groups and see their desks.
In this way we are logged in as Super (Teacher, Puppet Master)
an and not as player, that is important at the time you send messages
on the chat for identification purposes.
It is from here where you can design the initial desk for the
players organizing the objects as you like. |

Once you are in the View DESK, the
game list and the link to the different groups are available.
Click on the group you like and you access to the desk , always
as SUPER. |
 |
