Access

To access the web control you need user and password because this is a section you can enter without login in the platform.

Menu Selection

Once you have entered you see the web selector where you choose the web that you want to edit or visualize.

To visualize the web first you have to edit it and have some data published.

You have also log out and menu access as part of the menu.
Log out when you are finished for security reasons.
Steps for web creation
1. Select your choice among 11 possibilities
2. Create the language or languages of the web.
3. Create the sections of the web.
4. Publish the menus and information.

Webs viewer

Information WEB means School Web, Web Style means ARG games pages. Information Web is accessible from emapps.com while Web Style games pages are not.

These 10 webs are only accessible if we have the correct address. Any of these webs have a different design and can not be changed, just the content on it can be any.

The 10 ARG pages
When you click in any of the created ARG pages it shows you what you have created.
To use this web in the game just make a link under a sub domain or a free domain under .tk and redirect to the page link, being this transparent for the user.
The webs are not connected each ARG page is independent from the other.

Editor de Webs

Click on the one you want to edit.

First you need to create the language, and you can create as many languages as you like.
To edit the web the language have to be created, no language no possible to edit.
Use languages button to create the language.

Language

From here you can edit your language or create a new one.

From the editing mode you can change the title of the language.

You have two links delete or save the languages, the saving option is the same as the save button at the end of the page.

Once your web is done you have to select here the starting page. At any time you can modify this.

Once all changes saved back to language menu.
To get back to the Menu, click on the menu word.

Edit contents

Select language and enter in the sections and contents.

Whatever you publish here only affect to the language you choose if you have more than one language you have to do the sections and contents in the other language.

Sections are the pages you can access from the menu and these pages structure the web.
Content are pages that are not directly accessible are used for linking different to contents such as gallery of photos.

To create a "New Section" click on the button New Section.
A new section is shown as Empty Title.
To edit it click on the Empty Title

A Section has:
Title: What it is seen in the menu and in the browser page. All three names are the same name

Page Type: Each section may contain text, web map, link, Search or Gallery
1. Text : Is what you write on the page
2. Web Map : it shows the we map of the page
3. Link: Is a link to another web ((e.g) http://www.google.com).
4. Search: Not available here
5. Gallery: To create photo galleries using a viewer

Menu Type:
Menu 1: Menu principal.
Menu2,3,4: Not available
Submenu: Sub menu of the Menu
Contex: To create sub sections inside a Section the Contex links are shown inside the page accessible from the menu.

Create the Menu

To make it easy the web creation process here are some tips
1. Create the menu based on the Sections
2. Order the menu
3. Define the kind of menu.
4. Define the kind of content of each section
1. Create the el Menu
Click on the"New Section", as many times as you like. Many links Empty Title are now available for editing.
Click on them and change the name.

2. Order the Menu
Click in order "Order Sections" and use numeric codes to organize the menu and sub menus.

It is enough to assign numbers like 01,02,03.

IMPORTANT
If you write: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, the order will be: 1,10,11,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, because is alfa numeric and not only numerical.

3. Define what kind of section is each menu

If necessary enter on section to change the kind of menu.

If you specify Submenu the section belongs to the previous section.

If you choose Contex, the section belongs to the previous section and it will not be visible until you pulse the main section.

Once you have created all menus of the web structure you have to publish the menus, so click on To Publish Menu".

From the web viewer we can see how the result looks like. No contex menus are shown here.

If you choose GENERAL en in type of menu, this section is located where the languages appear.

When you are in editing mode you save or delete the section.

If you choose delete confirmation will be asked.

You can see all existing data, by clicking in the blue you can see the document, on the right side you get the URL copy and paste this in the place you like.

IMPORTANT: To see any change in the menu bar you have to publish it.

Text Editor

The editor is available in the sections pages and content . It is a box where you write the text of the sections and you can place photos, links an and write the text of the section.

The editor has:
1. Editing tool
2.writing area.
3. Mode selector

The tool bar is like any other editor.

Mode selector

Allows to see the text as it is. Just in some particular cases it you choose "View Source". For example when you want insert a link and you copy the address link, by clicking on view source the code is somehow filtered and only good code is pasted.

You can use a wide choice of colors for editing the text.

IMPORTANT: Any action over any text it requires that the tex is selected.

To link an URL select the text click on link icon and right the URL, the text and choose self or blank for the target.

To place an image first check the document viewer then copy and paste the URL.

Create a table if you want to put the information in columns or if you to insert photos and customize the table according to your needs.
